Cancellation and Refunds
Guests have the flexibility to cancel their reservation with no charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. In such cases, a full refund will be granted for both a la carte and tasting menu bookings.

Late Cancellations
For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time, a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. The penalty amounts to €110 (per person) for our tasting menu bookings and €40 (per person) for a la carte bookings.

Same-Day Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a full penalty. The penalty amounts to €220 (per person) for tasting menu bookings and €80 (per person) for a la carte bookings.

Ticket Purchase and Cancellation
The Pool Pass ticket can be purchased in advance through our Sevenrooms reservation system. We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date or in case of no show will result in a full penalty.

Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the Pool Pass can be extended for use within 1 month of the original purchased date. The extension is subject to availability and reservation constraints. Guests are required to contact our reservations team to reschedule their pool pass within the designated 1-month period.

Reservations of our Cabanas can be purchased in advance through our Sevenrooms reservation system. We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date or in case of no show will result in a full penalty.

1) The credit provided is exclusively available for Adult Day Passes, children’s Day Passes do not apply. The credit can only be used at Marina Coastal Food and Marina Pool Bar. The  credit provided for Day Passes is of 35€ and 100€ for Private Cabana reservations. 2) The credit provided can only be used on the specific day for which it was booked. Any unused portion of the credit will expire at the end of the booking date and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or redeemed for cash. 3) The credit must be exclusively used by the individual or entity to whom it was issued. It cannot be assigned or transferred to another party. 4) No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of purchase. If the booking date is changed, the credit will only be valid for the new booking date, subject to availability. 5) You must present the pass when settling the bill at the mentioned restaurants in order to redeem the credit. Failure to present the pass will result in forfeiture of the credit. 6) This voucher can only be used once and cannot be used across multiple checks. 7) Hotel Arts Barcelona reserves the right to revoke the pass of any individual who exhibits unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior at the sole discretion of hotel management.

CANCELLATION 24HRS BEFORE RACE DAY – HOSPITALITY LOUNGE WILL REMAIN CLOSED – All guests will be notified via email. Alternative F&B credit (T&C apply) worth 80% of the “Hospitality Lounge Pass” or rescheduling options will be offered.

CANCELLATION ON RACE DAY – HOSPITALITY LOUNGE WILL REMAIN OPEN – All guests will be notified via email. No alternative F&B credit will be provided once the venue is open but guests will be able to enjoy high-quality hospitality, an exceptional experience, premium drinks and dishes.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made 72 hours or more before the race day, a full refund will be provided. However, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the race day.

F&B Credit Terms & Conditions

F&B Credit Terms & Conditions

Credit value will depend on the actual quote estimated for the race day as the prices vary depending on the date and the race. If guest decides to reschedule, they might need to pay the difference depending on the race day or, outstanding balance will be arranged as an F&B credit (T&C apply).

1. The credit is only valid for closing the Hospitality Lounge and can only be used at Hotel Arts Barcelona F&B venues, excluding Minibar.

2. The credit is valid until December 31st, 2024 and cannot be extended. It is not valid on festive or blackout dates.

3. The credit will be provided in the form of €100 and €150 gift certificates that must be redeemed in a single transaction.

4. The credit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Unused portions will not be refunded.

5. Using the credit constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
